If you have our hybrid backup solution, we can spin up a virtual copy of your server on the local appliance within minutes. Your team keeps working while we repair or replace the physical hardware. Full cloud recovery is also available if the local appliance is affected.
Local restores from the on-site appliance typically take minutes for files and under an hour for full server images. Cloud-only restores depend on data volume but we target under 4 hours for critical systems. We define Recovery Time Objectives during onboarding so expectations are clear.
Yes. Microsoft's native retention policies are limited and do not protect against accidental deletion, ransomware, or compliance holds. We back up Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data to a separate secure location with 30-day granular restore.
